Project Description: The project in general consists of but is not limited to the construction of a 2.0 million gallon elevated composite water storage facility with appurtenances for the Wannacomet Water Company, which includes the construction of a water supply control room and a police department communications room and appurtenances, both within the tank column area. The work also includes site work and construction utilities. The project also consists of but is not limited to the construction of a 0.4 million gallon elevated composite water storage facility for the Siasconset Water Department, including the construction of a police department communications room and appurtenances within the tank column area, and including site work and construction of a short access roadway and utilities.
Special Requirements: 1 A Pre-Bid meeting will be conducted on Thursday, July 31, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. at the Office of the Wannacomet Water Company, One Milestone Road, Nantucket, MA.
